I hate it when people who know nothing about game development talk about a game engine like it is why it looks or runs the way it is. Problems have nothing to do with the unreal engine. Beleive it or not, most game engines out there today are capable of achieving a similiar look and similiar frame rate. Its all about the designers and technical artists. They will make or break the framerate and the look of the game.
man that game looks horrible... it looks like it plays as bad as an mmo ... and the graphics look like they came from the original xbox.. characters look like crap.
your right. But what exclusives will nintendo really have.. at the end of the day its all mario and zelda. I game company would have to take a big risk to develop strictly on a brand new console with no install base.
your a caveman. Blockbuster said the same thing about netflix... yet netflix put blockbuster out of buisness in bankruptcy. Maybe having cds and dvds that u can scratch up and will eventually be broke makes u feel good. Id rather have games that automatically update through the likes of steam... digital is the way to go... download on any computer without a cd.

Dx 10 was sort of just a stepping stone... dx 11 is the one with all the features... and anything that supports dx11 supports dx10... all modern day gpus support dx11, and if nintendos console is anything specification wise to go by... well then microsoft will make a dream machine.. even if it matches nintendos new console
understand that it decimates the 360 and ps3 in power, but the question is will developers make games just for nintendo that cant run on 360 and ps3? i doubt it.. all that power will be worthless for now...
clearly u have no idea what your talking about... cause bad graphics dont come from "compressing video".. lol Good graphics are made when the settings are all on very high... full shaders... full anti aliasing.. full lighting... all the nice effects that make the game next gen. Like direct x 11 with teselation... good luck getting that to work on a ps3 or 360. With onlive they can work on a ps3 or 360!

yea but lets face it, the graphics will always be better on pc, but developers still pretty much develop so that it looks good on a console and on a low end computer. They dont cut out the older computers just cause technology is greater. I mean halflife 2 will work on something way weaker then a ps3 or 360 lol .. or a wii for that matter.

no, they cant get on psn. See when psn first came back online everyone was required to change their password. It was mandatory. For those people who waited to get back on their playstations, well there out of luck. They are now unable to change their passwords, and therefore unable to log into psn since a password change is mandatory.
