Honestly, from the way it was described it sounds like the lawyer was a favor to her and people who got let go. Het told the lawyer to put it in writing that she and her team could own all the hardware they developed instead of valve owning it. Thats pretty damn generous if u ask me.
u really cannot say this game doesnt play like mario 3d land. Your kidding yourself if u think its different. Sure u got some new suits and a couple of game play additions, but its not the sequel to mario64 that everyone is begging for. Nor is it a sequel to super mario world. I mean honestly i dont buy nintendo consoles, though i miss mario... fondest gaming moments from mario games.

And to say a 4 player game would be choppy is a joke. I can understand 10 player, but most internet companies will allow u to host a server and not throttle u if only 3 poeple are connecting to it.
Yea i've met a lot of people like this. Its all about the money to them not what there selling. To them its branding and money and assumptions. To them the product can be a floating tird, but they assume it will sell. Then it doesnt sell and they will place the blame on teh technician, artist, or programmer instead of themselves for having a plan that focused on the assumptions it will sell no matter what rather then the product and what the people want.

In the end , nvidia is going in 8 different directions. Amd is one. Which makes nvidia more powerful and more profitable. See amd doesnt have a processor and gpu for smart phones and tablets like nvidia has. They manufacture their own processor, therefore its cheaper for them to make their own mini console.

if they didnt care they wouldnt try to make a commercial. Thing is everyone knows nvidia is better. You just go amd if u want something cheaper. 80% of pc gamers use nvidia because of that. Thats what AMD is trying to correct.
no such thing. No matter the gpu, both do the same things with direct x or opengl.
Though nvidia gpus are way better for tesselation and physx obviously.
The truth is the drivers for nvidia demolish ati drivers... i mean they tack on like 80% performance boosts in games weeks to years after a games release.
Sadly, casual gamers already have this console.. its called a phone or tablet. So causual and hardcore are out. Whose left? Geeks who dont own pcs already? lol. Its a good try... respect that, but so far i see no real marketing for it nor do i see a reason to have one if i have a tablet or smart phone. I mean lets face it. Tablet and smartphone tech has already gone past this "console". I mean its stuck on tegra 3, tegra 4 will be out soon enough lol.. hell tegra 5 will soon enough....
Correction to max out games costs more... to run and look better then even enxt gen consoles.. actually costs less then this guys specs.. Newegg.com people. Check the prices there. Im not stating this crap to be some "elitest". Its not a contest. I'm stating it to help people out.
Unless there is some specific game you need to spend $400 or $500 then get a console. Otherwise 90% of the games are multiplatform at e3.
Fact is most people need to own a pc in this day and age. No matter what. So to fork over an extra $100 to make it a gaming pc really aint all the match. Espeacially when all all the AAA games are like $5 during the holidays on pc. A lot more cost affective. I got both batman games for $5 and $7. Got every assassins creed game for $5 each. Got deus ex for $5.. i mean the list goes on.
This generation is the generation of multiplatform since the architecture is identical basic...

Why would u say that about a console that as a rule makes all developers release their game for free or a free version purchasable upgrades. A console that is open to all developers from the start... not just ones that need permission from microsoft or sony, but in effect u as an individual can make a game for.
at least they lied about it in the past. Now they are caught in that lie and claim theres nothing wrong with what there doing. Thats the part thats really wrong. We all know the government over steps its bounds.. but now the government is saying tough shit.
