Poppins, first of all like I said you can sue for anything, but they haven't won yet.
Secondly, that isn't the same thing. Sony's suit is because they potentially lied about a product that was sold to consumers. This isn't the same. This Zelda game doesn't exist yet and was never sold to anyone. Games get cancelled all the time before they are released. You have no right to that product.
What you rather pay $70 or $80 base price for every game?
Even if they did cut content, which we have no proof of. You can't say they won't lose much because they spent time creating the content that wasn't used. That is a waste of development time.
