devs arent required to have more than a couple of language dubs, hell even one is enough. i find it to be a waste of resources.
good subtitles should be adequate. i recommend people that need dubs to start learning or enhancing their english skills. it is one of, if not, the most helpful and important language right now.

the difference is fromsoft are actually good developers. ds3 and bloodborne are a year apart and both are legendary titles. the length between games doesnt matter. its how long these games have been worked on. and holy hell does it show.
