Hey, people, I'm an artist with formal education. And I must say that I agree with him that games are not art. Games are...GAMES. A game is a mechanism that has evolved in animals (mammals especially, so, humans as well) as a way of learning. A cat can play and "imagine" a game but can not create/imagine what we call art.
