It's not "NVIDIA has announced that there PhysX...", but "NVIDIA has announced that THEIR PhysX...".
Btw, English is not my first language! Wtf?! Do you guys have a thing called education in USA?
I've heard puzzles are dull and not challenging. Smart puzzles and platforming were my favorite part of Tomb Raider. It used to be a game which you could play with your girlfriend/boyfriend. It kinda smells like Uncharted now. Uncharted is an amazing game but it's an action game with lots of shooting. I really can't decide if I should buy this game. People comment but you never know who's paid to comment. And of those who praise it, maybe they were not a true fan of TR in the ...
@EbeneezerGoode What a shame. I don't like games where I don't need to think. Nor such movies or books. Well, guess I'm back to searching through the Indie catalogue.
Thanx 4 info.
Ok, so where can I find any new platforming-puzzle game like old Tomb Raider? They've all been Americanized (shifting focus to shooting people instead of problem-solving).
Did you play previous Tomb Raiders? I can't make up my mind about this. If it's like previous Tomb Raiders, I know I'd love it, but if it's more action-oriented with simple puzzles, like Uncharted, than I know I won't like it. Is it more like Tomb Raider with plenty of exploration and challenging puzzles or is it more like Uncharted, focused on action, shooting people and cinematic feel?
Ah, the beauty of freedom of speech, when any fool can write anything publicly.
So we lose another platforming-puzzle game and get just another fighting-action game :(

Look, I'm gay and I'm against segregation too. But I always feel bad when some straight people get offended by me being gay or people who complain that Bioware forces gayness into their faces by incorporating gay characters.
I was raised to be sensitive and caring and I really feel bad when I see other people uncomfortable. GaymerCon is great because my boy and I will be able to hold hands in public without people being offended. And developer can present their gay ch...
LOL, "a lack of taste"? Look, to some people atmosphere counts more than non-linearity or hours of content. I hate non-linear games.
That said, Limbo was on exhibition in Museum Of Modern Art in NY (MOMA). MOMA is a world-wide authority for modern art. Educated people wouldn't say it's a lack of taste.
You remind me of some simple, uneducated people who say "but it's not pretty" when they see a Picasso painting :) Like my grand...
They say that sharing (or as they call it "piracy") hurts them and their business.
Let's see, Eric Hirshberg, Activision CEO:
Compensation for 2010
Salary $251,786.00
Bonus $2,000,000.00
Restricted stock awards $9,979,200.00
All other compensation $1,731.00
Option awards $ $1,457,750.00
Total Compensation $13,961,828.00
LOL, with that money, he could even afford to buy some games f...
@CommonSense
Well, education is a right in most other countries. Also, education is better in most other countries. I bet that majority of people in USA couldn't even draw the map of the World, let alone name the capital of Mongolia.
Take Denmark for example. Free excellent education. And they are the happiest nation on Earth also. They're also coping quite well with the economic crisis.
Also, if you have the right to pursue happiness...
Who has time and will to play games during summer?
Summer is for vacation, being with family or friends at the seaside and chasing hot girls/guys.
I think the simple reason behind the drought is simply that the games don't sell well during summer.
@portugamer
I'm gay and your comment made me smile :) It's cool, I get what you wanted to say but it's funny because I was just reading comments and I wondered in amazement how can people talk about this girl while she's standing next to this hot guy. How can anyone notice her :D
Yeah, I know, we're all different and it's very hard to really understand how other different people feel, because we can't feel like that ourselves.
I meant this part of your post: "possibility that the Lord Jesus Christ made you that way for a reason, so that you could dedicate your entire life to him, without being distracted by relationships."
That's the thing church tells gays in order to recruit monks. In middle ages it really meant: "join us in celibate or you'll be burned alive. Give your life to Jesus (us) because your life as a gay is not good. Give it up." So homosexuals were joining ...
@toxic-inferno
Yeah, I see what kind of propaganda you're teaching. The church got their recruits from gay community in middle ages. It was the only way of decent life available to them to escape prosecution.
Now when gays can live free, the church is especially against liberating laws because they're losing their main source of recruits. Now their only source left are pedophiles.
Think about it....the church is extremely against gays...
Because it's not ethical, since the animal and your PC (yet) can't give you consent.
LOL :)
But on the serious side, homosexuality was not such a big deal among barbarians. It's only when monotheistic "civilized" religions appeared, that people started making fuss about it.
@Ethan & Lyr1c
Let's make an experiment. Try to choose to be sexually aroused by male instead of female breasts. Just for a few minutes, for the sake of this experiment. Just find a pic of a nude, handsome male on the net, and look at him and choose to feel the way you'd feel if it were a girl.
Ok, now, did you succeed? Hehehe, of course you didn't. Point proven. Let's abandon that debate over whether sexuality is a choice once and for all...
Of course some people care, some don't. Obviously, you do not.
