it's the PC culture run amok. Most gamers don't want the lady character forced on them. EA would have been better off making the lady low key and leaving her off the cover art.
Right now the goty thing is all speculation. I have to say if RD2 lives up to the hype it will be a runaway not just for goty but maybe for all time.
My internet is so slow that a big 80G download can take a week of farts and starts. Even if the hardcopy is late a few days, its still a better deal.

Yeah, This Tomb Raider is similar to the last one like every COD is similar to the one before it. I played this TR all the way through and it was a great ride both visually and gameplay.
I think both games are excellent. I am about halfway through TR now and it's a solid 95/100. While both games are different I like them both equally.
Sadly it's not really free. You have to register a credit card to get the free download. it's not worth it as i prefer using gift cards and stay private.
