I agree. In the past few years i've delved into continuous amounts of it, not all are bad but the busy work is always there no matter what with the exception of The Witcher 3 and Horizon Zero Dawn. But damn this sandbox gaming needs to be pulled back a tad. I've had more fun playing Rocket League, TLOU and Nioh than i have open world games in the past several years.

This game literally revolutionised the entire video game industry with it's gameplay. And i disagree that nothing has ever come close, i take a look at the first Dead Space and Re4's influence on it and see a parallel design in almost everything. The only reason to buy a loot box is for legendary orcs and so far all of those I got from finding have been killed off by other normal or epic orcs, so essentially the loot box does nothing for the game at all. And I'm currently overwhelmed by how much gear I'm finding just by playing the game. I already have one set and have only conquered a single fortress.
