How to do microtransactions right? When has it ever been right to put them in a full priced game and for go base content where it should all be there in the first place without you paying extra for it. What a load of horse cock, nothings right about this.
Put in so many hours into the original title, must of topped a few leaderboards and still play Versus mode to this day. I just couldn't get into the second game at all, i don't think i'll get into another one either. Maybe they should just re release an updated version of the first game across all systems.
Everyone is aware of Day Z, it's not a new development that has "Just" been put into early access. It's been in it's Alpha stage selling 3 million plus copies and is highly recognised despite it's lack of completion. Therefore it's classed as a high profile title still in development that has already garnered awards despite it's current player base.
Microsoft can pay for exclusivity on a game such as PUBG on consoles and enter it into the Game Preview Programme. They'll most likely pay for the exclusivity of a high profile game such as Day Z as well. Xbox's early access is merely a test bed for developers. Would you want that game you've helped through early access then finding it's way to a competitor once it's been fully established? Played this on the PC for about a month before I put it back down again. These devs started to leave the production of this game and basically left it hanging for years. It was about 3 years ago they talked about a standalone edition of the game, it's still not finished and it never will be. Microsoft are just paying these people for something they cannot be bothered to complete. Why?
Remember the first Red Dead went through development hell and then the Housers asked Leslie Benzie to jump in and help out with the project. A few months later the game was finally released. Well this time for the first time, there's no Leslie Benzie to jump in, GTA Online is still releasing content and the Houser brothers haven't produced a game which wasn't either lead or at least had any input by the Benz.

Why even compare the two. Uncharted is a great franchise with the depth of narrative and character development as well as The Last of Us. What click bait bullshit is this? "An Indiana Jones Wannabe." Didn't realise Indiana Jones was born from the threshold of the games industry. Completely different mediums that share similar aspects, might as well say The Last of Us is a rip off of every movie that the depicts a similar narrative.

Knew it, would get delayed again. You can almost bet it won't be out till next year. There is just no knowing what Rockstar can do now that Leslie Benzie isn't there to save them from development hell. I'm not even gonna keep the faith it'll be released in October when they're still focusing on releasing content for GTA Online, probably about the only thing Rockstar can do at the moment.
The real nightmare is as long as EA has the rights to produce a FIFA game,it won't die out anytime soon.
I liked the narrative of The Order but the gameplay just lacked everything. Not to say I didn't enjoy my experience but with no replay value for the price I paid for the collectors edition, it kind of made me wait for the review of other games and stopped me from pre ordering altogether.
I'd like to see another one, but the developers would have to do a lot more to win some trust. Maybe in the next gen we'll get what we wanted from the first.

Yeah, to little, to late. People have invested in their consoles of choice already and those that haven't aren't going to see a 4 year and half year gap for Microsoft to play catch up a good option to buy an XBOX One.
I think Amy Hennig is clearly sour about her move since leaving Naughty Dog. I would be to if i'd of moved to visceral games only to find out EA would kill it off months later and then left me on my arse. EA don't care about single player games, that doesn't mean gamers don't.
By far my favourite AC Game.
To be honest i'd be happy with 2023. Giving the PS4 a 10 year life cycle helps develop the PS5 10 years ahead. I still play my PS3 even to this day, so i see no reason to not expand PS4's span ahead of previous consoles from Sony.
