The funny thing is that you like those "exclusives," but Halo, Forza, and Gears are literally games that PC gamers, like myself, (I have a GTX 960m, i7 CPU) can dip in to play, too. Gears 4, on PC. Forza Horizon 3, on PC. Halo 6, destined for a PC release.

Yea, I think the bolt pull back is like half the speed versus a sniper with a scope attached. It feels real good getting that 1 shot kill on an already damaged infantry soldier. The bullet drop is amazing, I believe you can fight snipers when their scopes sparkle pretty well.
I will say it's a top tier weapon, currently with the pistol switch. Hope they don't nerf to a slower pull back because I want this to be my initial go to weapon to rank up fast as I'm lear...
Try the the Gewehr M. 95 Rifleman for the scout. It's a fast bolt action sniper rifle with no scope. It 2 shots anyone you can see at normal distance, (you have no scope) and I think it does like 70-90 damage per shot. It's terrible at close range, but if they're at melee distance, it also has a bayonet that you only need to press melee once to kill.

All games get discounted over time so the logic of, it's good that you waited a year because you get it cheaper can be applied for anything and doesn't make sense to use in this case.
Why? Because Rise of the Tomb Raider on Xbox One has had sales. And I'm not short sighted, they can literally knock the price of the Xbox One store version to $30 a week or 2 after the PS4 version releases, making it equal to the $60 tag with the Season ...

There's a bug and I have experienced this, that some people see a sandstorm and some don't, like there's a delay or not a delay, but it's probably because it's some sort of graphical activation zone and the snipers are too far away to get affected so they don't see it.

PS4 is also more powerful, (with GDDR5 vs 3) putting the price at $300 is still amazing, especially knowing what you'll get with it against it's competitor, like more real exclusive game support.
