The cost to performance ratio with Radeon cards is superior.
It'll probably be stupid and overhyp....oh wait this is about PS4: it's going to be awesome!
This game isn't an exclusive.
I really don't know why I read the comments anymore. N4G really needs to restructure this site and how it works.
N4G? Check.Poorly translated German article that half of the thread hasn't even bothered to read? Check. Main point of article completely missed and/or misinterpreted? Check.
The comments are sadly predictable on this site.
Such a new company yet they are setting the bar of what to expect from a new game. The Witcher is such a great franchise. Too bad this is the last one (they have stated because of the direct relation to the books there will be no more after 3). In any case, everything these guys turn out is gold...such a bright future for these guys and us as gamers.
Huge loss for the franchise. Some characters (and their voices) are irreplaceable. Replacing snake's voice tampers with the integrity of the character: a solider we have bled with and experienced his trials with. You think of Snake and you think of his voice. Now its just and old guy with an eye patch in an action game. This is snake when he is older, yes. But age doesn't change ones voice that drastically. In the department of continuity and character-relation--Kojima has messed up. ...
Nathan Drake? No, it's much worse. Drake isn't even close to the icon status of Snake. It's more like changing the voice of...well...SNAKE. Or Master Chief. Or G-Man from Half-Life. Yoda. Darth Vader.--characters defined by their voice (especially those with masks).
AH...Avi Arad...that explains this ridiculous decision.
*sigh
Both consoles are a bargain in terms for power/cost ratio. However I see a lot of talk about specs so many seem to not understand, especially about RAM. The basement dwellers and their childish squabbling aside, Uncharted and Halo 4 stood out for me as the best looking console titles this past gen...however graphics aren't nearly everything as neither of those titles came close to Game of This Generation for me (especially Halo 4, big let down for me). Some of my favorite franchises are...
Essentially any studio not owned by MS or Sony is guaranteed fair game for multiplat--it is a "financial mistake" to be exclusive for one console anyways, that's basic math. We live in an era of "timed exclusives" which really is nothing more than avarice and bad for all gamers.
You gave him an "agree" and a bubble , didn't you ? It's okay, you'll be alright.
This wasn't an issue with PS3...why is it with Xbox One?
TESIII: Morrowind had the better story over TES IV&V in my opinion. However, overall, Skyrim is maybe their most complete effort. Morrowind was just so intriguing though...Gods and lost civilizations I guess just caught me more than dragons and angry Nords. Had Skyrim got a large DLC focused on something Dwemer than it might have matched Morrowind as number one on my list. Still, Skyrim was and is wicked! Bethesda FTW!
and a Visine® as well.
Awesome, now on to better breast physics!
It really makes one ask themselves: Do I ever really "own" my game? $60 gets you unlimited plays basically, no chance on selling something YOU bought already. I'm sure it's all air-tight covered in the fine print :/
Even the PC tab isn't safe from the basement dwelling brand loyalists? Can't we give them colored blocks and send them back to argue which dinosaur "console is better"?
Scoring the exclusivity to console hardware is huge for AMD. My gaming rig is an eyefinity AMD system and I have nothing but positive reviews. The fact that the new consoles run on AMD architecture means smooth crossplatform gaming for all and subsequently smoother ports. Win-win for gamers!
