Well, in the case of the PS3, I think standing it up simply provides better ventilation & reduces dust buildup, Imo. Also, when it's laying down, depending on how often you play, when the system gets hot, it backfires all that heat it gives off back into the console (Ex; console flat on floor, heat hits the floor, then from floor back into console), often burning out the PS's disc laser eye/bluray laser eye, preventing use of discs.

I think the PS4 is causing XBot gamers to develop a mental disease, which I like to call, "180's all over your booody". This is when stupidity & oxymorons flows from their jaw piece, constantly. The cause of this is that the brain constantly does 180 turns on the individuals thoughts, while fooling them in believing what was said is fact, other than opinion.

I think Lords of Shadows was great! Everything was just so on-par; the music was nice & fitting, the levels was very atmospheric, & the gameplay was fun & engaging, voiceovers were fine, & it was very refreshingimg how the gameplay smoothly changes, from climbing to the various action sequences.
I have high hopes that LoS2 will only deliver more of dat.

I chose PS4 because I've had an nice, consistent history with their products, along with their gaming consoles. Barely ever been dissatisfied. & the games/offerings are great. Even at the times when they did'nt deliver certain promises, I still felt contempt with what they did deliver.
I think Capcom was inspired by games like The Last Of Us, & now they are all like "uum, we are going back to our roots, we're bringing the roots back, etc.", but they have been saying that for a while.

I think if Nintendo publishing their games elsewhere could be beneficial. It could bridge gaps between the whole Nintendo exclusivity & other platforms, & maybe Nintendo can only publish off older games while their current console releases stay exclusive, but it's not neccesary.
Also, if Nintendo IS considering doing something of that nature, they should just hold on to that "umph" & do something with it for their next console.

I don't mind the balancing changes, but why do they make other micro changes in the process? Like when they took away the dynamic effects of the characters as they fight & made it more 2-D like? Or little changes in the music & such. Or how you could still hit the character one last time after a KO?
Not that those things are necessary, but it is noticeable.
It would be epic if they position him somewhere very close to the end of the game, & when you do that, that's when the game will erase your save, for real this time! He laughs, then you see the intro screen, no saves.

I believe that FF X-2 was fine for its time.
Yeah, it rode on the success train of FFX, & it was a little J-popsy, but that J-pop style was relative & cool at that time. & I definitely would'nt consider it a bad game. The play mechanics were fine, so was the graphics. One of the main drives behind X-2 was that must want'd to know whut happen to Tidus & could Yuna reunite their love. I agree, initially, it felt a bit Charlie's Angel-esque wit 3 women roaming...
