The pink scorpion haunts me to this day. Sadly even using cheats triggers the DRM scorpion though.
That was his point. As much as I disagree with his opinion, that was virtually his point. He said the game WAS reviewing well but that it doesn't deserve it since to HIM the game looks like something that came out in 2006. I get the hatred of these games are getting played out and it's tiring but come on. Reading comprehension.
At the same time!
It's working, too. Pathetic.
It's really sad seeing most instantly forget what they did. This industry never fails to disappoint me. It pains me to say this but gamers are extremely easy to manipulate. Blizzard shit on democracy not even a month ago, they release a trailer with good CGI and now I see all the outrage evaporate when it shouldn't.
I saw a discussion post and a developer said that achievements and trading cards would be coming later on. So while it sucks that the game won't have any at launch, it does seem like they will be adding some soon after.
The catch is you still need to use their launcher even if you buy their games off Steam. In the same way that you still need Uplay when purchasing the handful of Ubisoft games available on Steam already. This will be the same way with Red Dead Redemption 2 and Rockstar's launcher.
Exactly. These days SSDs are extremely affordable. I wish we had modular installs like a lot of older PC games had though. I don't care much for online or different language packs other than English. It would be cool if we could choose certain components to save on a decent amount of space.
That makes no sense though. Some of these matter. You learn from your mistakes. Sony did do mistakes and clearly they learned from all of them. That's arguably why they're at the top now and enjoying their current deserved success.
To deny or say these things don't matter is a farce.
Not sure if it answers your question but I tried out Super Mario Odyssey with a 9700K @ 5GHZ + 2080 Ti + 32 GB RAM and it was still not quite enjoyable/consistent without stutters. It's still amazing to even have these games running though. Not even a few months ago was performance substantially worse. Yuzu is developing quite quickly.
I tried it out on a 9700K + 2080 Ti and the performance wasn't that great. It's gotten better over time and I'm sure it'll continue to get better as time passes but it's not enjoyable just yet. It stutters quite a bit. Exciting to see what the future holds for Yuzu emulator.
It's funny, because as history shows, when it is easy to do you can bet it will be done rampantly. Just look at the Dreamcast. It was comically easy to pirate games and so people did in fact do it in droves. To the point it arguably killed it.
Tell me about it. I always see people say 1440p is 2K... When in reality 1080p is closer to 2K and 1440p 2.5K. I try to help people when they make these simple mistakes but it's repeated a lot it's disheartening. There's a lot of misinformation when it comes to computers.Heck even general tech these days.
Oh trust me there will be. That's how they continue to hook these emotional fools. Their goal is exactly to get this response from dedicated fans.
Truth is the Xbox One X IS the most powerful console out right now. But that's just one part of the picture. The games each console has are more important to a lot more people. Historically the Xbox One X has done better in terms of performance with third party games. But you sure won't get better performance on God o...
Control is a great game. But Gears 5 will have more replayability now. I feel Control beats it in terms of story and perhaps even gameplay but it's pretty short with story DLC coming in the future. If anything get Control later when the DLC is out, maybe it'll have a deep discount by then.
Tell me about it. Even since 2009 when I joined things were like this. Nothing has changed.
I see so many disagrees on people who even mention turn based in a less than positive way. Strange. Either way I agree, FF has been turn based for many years, just in the same vain that Yakuza wants to try something new I can see why Square would try something new as well. It does get stale having the same mechanics year after year.
I don't mind turn based and will be playing Yakuza 7, and hopefully FF goes back to turn based when they get bored with the action combat. ...
I found it especially funny including Shadowbringers. If you've been playing FFXIV and are close to that expansion, fair enough. But it'll take months before you reach that expansion if you are new to the MMO. Summer would have been over months ago by the time you got to it.
It should be the other way around though. They should offer more cheats to the console version since you can already choose to download Trainers online on PC if you truly wanted to cheat. So in a way a PC version of any game has more cheats than even games that don't have any on consoles.
