Oh God how I want the old store back. I loathe going through the store each time I want to check for something. I like the Vita store a million times better, since it's functional and is basically the old store with touch interaction. I really hope they never touch the Vita store, I don't mind a design change but LEAVE the functionality alone.

People complained about the 3DS when it first came out yes. It was justified though. We saw games come at a crawl and it lacked many titles in its first year.
It's been a year now. No one is complaining about the 3DS. I have not seen any 3DS doom articles on here in a very long time. Maybe they come here and there, but that's because of websites like these and nothing like the PlayStation Vita gets almost daily.

Most likely in the future you will be able to buy the skin in the PlayStation store thus putting the free $10 to use. The poster I don't care about personally.

If anything I think it will be another Battle Revolution, but just with the new generation of Pokemon.
I don't think they'll ever release a full fledged Pokemon RPG game on consoles, they save that for the handheld market as I think it should be in my opinion.

That is correct. If anything this is more of a death blow to Nihilistic. If you think about it, it kind of was. They changed their name and ran away after this was released, I see that as a victory as now a new developer can step up and maybe fix the mistakes made by Nihilistic.
I know this didn't hurt the Vita, but it did hurt the people's confidence in FPS games on the Vita, it's up to Guerrilla Cambridge with the help of Guerrilla Games to rectify the tarnished...
I'd say no more than $25, $30 would be more realistic though since this is Activision and Call of Duty,a company and set of games that almost never drop their prices as time passes.
It's ridiculous that Black Ops 1 and Modern Warfare 3 still cost more than $50 (in game stores, Black Ops is $39.99 in Steam which is still a rip off but we do see them get discounted at least by 20%). That's a whole different story though.

Depends on the price you buy the game for.
At $50 this is easily 4/10
At $40 it's still too much for this game, I would give it a 5/10
At $30 now maybe it would be worth it for this game 7/10
That's just how I look at it, compared to other $50 premium games this falls very short on all categories.

Yes it's very annoying when developers out right abandon handheld gaming when they do that.
I can think of Rock Star and Square Enix.
The GTA 3 and Vice City Ten Year Anniversary for example could have easily been on the Vita, but nope only Android and iOS. Also with any of the Final Fantasy Games released on iOS and Android, especially at ridiculous prices as $15 or as high as $20 I saw.
GameStop requires you to show an I.D for M rated games, but only parent or guardian. This is so flawed because anyone can show the I.D for the minor, I've seen minors ask random adults for help in the store for an I.D check.
You can never stop minors from playing, too many parents give in to their child's whining and buy them whatever they want without even researching what the product is before letting their children play.
I agree with you, but there are others that don't seem to understand what most of us are trying to say.
We know it will lead to some user piracy, but it was never intended for that to happen. We can't stop it though even if we all boycotted against helping hackers SOMEONE WILL hack it somewhere and will release it.
I for one would love to use homebrew software, but I know many will use it for piracy. There's no stopping it anywhere.
I remember trying to beat Killzone 2 on Elite. I made it all the way to Radec, which is basically the boss of the game. I got frustrated but I was getting further each time I attempted it.
I got bored after a while though, so I shut it off and never played it again. Too bad since then I've gotten a Slim and had to delete everything, it didn't help that it was copy protected. I don't think I'll try it again anytime soon.

Speaking of cheating. Has anyone heard of Game Genie for PS3? It's a cheating tool that actually lets you cheat like the old days of last generation and forth.
What I want to know if that actually let's you get trophies. If it does, then THAT is exploiting cheats and should not be let allowed.
Some people don't have the space on their memory cards for cross buy deals. I would much rather have cartridges personally.
If I had a 32 GB memory card I would get in on the cross buy though.
