It must suck to buy a new computer these days, since most of the good computers come with Windows 8 pre-installed. Although I do see some computers selling with Windows 7.

Making it so the PSM mobile app is compatible with your phone is not piracy...
You can still buy PSM games, the only thing you're doing is tricking the app you have a compatible phone.
I'm pretty sure PSM enabled devices get the app for free, so it still wouldn't stealing, just like the Tegra zone app itself is free, but many phones don't have Tegra chips.
It's Android, I'm sure you can download the app if you're rooted somehow.
I think I read something about it a while ago, but I don't know you'd have to Google it...
