As long as they improve the real time shooting mechanics I'll be happy with my purchase.
Built in wifi and free to game online is what really makes the difference in my case.

It's a motion controller. I'll take a Gamepad/KB+M over a motion controller anyday.
Play more RPGs and RTSs. Seriously though many games released these days do tend to be short single player wise. It's usually FPS and action games in general really.

It's pretty clear where you stand on this discussion. What if someone doesn't like action games like UC2, GOW3, and Halo? Exclusives are only as good as the individual playing them. Almost forgot, I highly doubt more people play game online on consoles than on the PC even when not considering MMOs.
Stop it with all this motion control stuff. Devs are using up time and resources screwing around with motion control when they can be concentrating on making better games. It amazing how Sony and Microsoft just jumped on Ninten's d!ck once they realized how successful the Wii was. It's not the first time something like this has happened. Both the PS3 and the Xbox360 have far better things going on for them than what this motion control stuff will probably bring.
I don't really play Halo too much anymore, but Halo 2 was the best in the series imo.

I'd replace Bayonetta with Darksiders then knock it a few spots down the list and replace MLB 10 with the Dragon Age Origins: Awakening expansion. ME2 and GOW3 were both good games, but I'd give GOW3 the number 1 spot since I was a little disappointed with the RPG being watered down in ME2.

My Xbox360 rodded on me a couple years ago. My PS3 hasn't died on me yet, but sometimes it freezes up on me. I have to say over the years the console that has been the most reliable for me is my PS1. I had a phat PS1 then later got a slim one, but I've never had problems with either of them.
I agree. Devs shouldn't always try to cater to customer's seeing as how they usually stray from what makes the game good. You can't tell an artist how he should paint a masterpiece, you gotta let em work their magic.

Bullsh!t. How many great games have we had this generation? Way more than a few. I'm not going to name a whole list so I'll just say this, UC2 is like a Greek god and there are plenty of other god-like games released this gen chillin up at the top of Mount Olympus.
