Firstly, Gears of War 2 was first shown at GDC 2008. That's February. And released in November, that's 9 months.
Fable 2 was anounced at Microsoft's E3 conference at 2006 and released 2 and a half years later.
Halo Wars and Banjo Kazooie 3 were annnnounced at X06 and released over 2 years later.
And which Sony games have taken literally 3-4 years to release a...
