depends on the game, but action games should be 60fps or at least have the option to run at 60. Nioh got it right

Unfortunately, the games which are not platforms for developers to exploit with preorder bonuses, day one DLC and the new loot box phenomenon will get no attention this autumn. Wolfenstein and the evil within are the only games going to be worth picking up but no one will. This is seriously sad.
