I'd consider myself a hardcore gamer and I prefer games on the ds as opposed to the psp. The psp is more powerful than the ds but I like the games on ds more. I still enjoy games on the psp, don't get me wrong, but I prefer the games on ds.
You know why? Not everyone is the same. You may like game x, but I might not like game x and I might enjoy game y better.
People have different tastes, and the psp for all the power it had over the ds was not my h...
I've been playing it today and it is awesome. I can honestly say it's the best game I've played all year. I know, I know, it's only January but that doesn't make it any less true.
I thought it was a really good film. It gave you an insight in to how bomb disposal worked and what their lives were like. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn't say it was one of the greatest films ever made, it was just a very good film. It's well worth watching.
I think you're likely to see a new console in the next 3 years, maybe even as soon as 2012. Guess we'll have to wait for E3.

I grew up in the 80's as well. Why would you stop gaming just because other people assumed gaming was for kids? I've been gaming for most of my life and I've never really cared what anyone else thought.

Wait up, aren't home consoles the same? How many different SKUs are there with the ps3 and 360? There are many different HHD versions plus the phat and slim types.
It's always been that way with consoles, handheld or otherwise.
I'm looking to get a new graphics card this year and this might be the one for me. Overclockers have got it for £200 atm (although it's a one day sale thing). I'll wait a couple of months and I should be able to pick one up for £150 or less.

The 3ds is going to have quite a head start, by the time the NGP comes out it will have a decent libary of games.

It gives me a headache when I play it, I'm not sure why but it does. I got up to the bit where those lanky creatures burst out of the tubes when I first played it ages ago but gave up because it kept giving me headaches.
I gave it another go the other day but it still affects me for some reason. I don't usually have problems playing fps's, just this one :S

I remember when the snes launched and it had hardly any games for a few months. It eventually had so many great games you couldn't afford them all.
