One of the greatest titles on PSVR. Worth every penny. The game's art style and atmosphere are unique and the game isn't supposed to be a true horror game, more like a Lynch movie that tricks your consciousness.

It's actually more than twice as powerful already without the additional next gen improvements they added. Read the Cerny interview at Eurogamer.
It seems pretty clear. Normal PS4 games will run in a compatibility mode unless they received an upgrade update for the Pro.
They will in 2019. Until then they will have more than enough going for them with PSVR and PSPro.
