@Aussie gamer
The game looks ok but it looks far from amazing and if you really believe this will look better you have 1st not seen any screens and 2nd are simply delusional.
@poppinslops
I would love to install the technical preview but I don't want to do everything again when it's finally released. Is there some possibility to upgrade from the technical preview with an working Win 8 key once it's released?!
i got an 2500k at 4,2 GHZ and it runs great and stable with my 970. you should leave MSAA at 2x and lower grass to high and you should be fine.
@KNWS
actually on my 970 the biggest factor is MSAA. leave that to 2x and grass on high and you will have a flawless gaming experience on close to max settings. The VRAM isn't the problem, the GPU power is.
This guy definitely talks too much!
BS the games have nothing in common.
Excuse me but Forza 5 really is neither such a good game nor is it a sim.
If only the physics were up to Assetto Corsa levels...
There won't be a campaign but one can play solo with bots.
less features than what? The last game from 10 years ago?!
It's clear you haven't seen the game in motion (in reality). The difference actually is pretty substancial.
DX12 will to 99% improve the PC on which games today already are 60 FPS as standard, assuming you have the hardware.
Why do you think this will matter anyway?! Sony's API is already on the level DX12 will get to on the X1.
All DiCE games or games with that engine (Frostbite 2.0) are vastly better looking on PS4 than X1. The X1 only managed 720p on all Battlefield games until today, so the assumption the game will look better on Ps4 is logical.
Stop telling us 720p doesn't matter on a so called "next gen" console. It's embarrassing.
I agree they should have embraced it. It makes totally sense they try to protect the online play though but they should have tried to make it seperately accessible.
The Witcher 1 is actually the better game with the more intriguing story line. The only gripe ist the fighting system with takes some getting used to. I liked it better than the one in TW2 nonetheless.
it was already stated both options are possible.
I don't see how anyone older than 20 can even like this game.
I loved the r&c games and at least liked the Resistance ones but I just couldn't get into it. The style and humour is clearl targeted to American teens. So stupid an immature I had to sell the game.
In the week of the 21. of march the PS4 sold 3 times as much and Bloodborne wasn't even out. Games like The Witcher 3, Batman or Metal Gear Solid will also be huge system sellers for PS4. Microsoft has a great lineup for the holiday season but that's about it so that's hardly striking back, especially with games like Rime, Tomorrow Children, Firewatch, Everybody's Gone To The Rapture, The Witness etc coming out and I'm sure Sony has some surprise releases and announcements...
