@Rookie
True. Polyphony was still working on GT6 for PS3 when MS had already abandoned the 360. And GT6's driving model is still more advanced than Forza 6's today. Go figure.
Forza doesn't have as realistic handling nor realistic lighting. Not even dynamic lighting to be exact. The former Forza sound guy works now on GTS. How can the sounds be worse?! GT always strives for realism not artificially pumped up exhaust sounds and cartoony graphics.
He gets the disagrees for being the biggest two-faced troll on here since years.
Forza looks cartoony and not anywhere close to as realistic like this.
Naughty Dog's quality is in the level of detail, polish and especially animation and lighting. There is no game on PC which comes close to rivalling what ND do with the limited power of the PS4. It goes without saying that Naughty Dog, given the power of a high end PC, would melt all of our brains in realtime.

The planet of an MX5 driver and a G27 owner.
@sorane
This statement simply shows you've never played GT6 with a wheel. Of course the game is sim-cade, but the physics are at the top of their game. The tire model is one of the best in the business. Assetto Corsa is ahead in general realism and sim options of course but that doesn't change the realism GT6 delivers on a good wheel.
I love that it's so colorful. The picture with the mushrooms reminds me of that amazing Oblivion expansion The Shivering Isles.
Don't be so negative, they just stated that the fact they just development was total nonsense.
If anything he said "could HAVE" damnit.
@imalwaysright
Why do you act so surprised?! It was always said the game is gonna be a spin off and more like a Prologue...this article doesn't change that at all.
@Imalwaysright
GT6 had loads of old recycled cars and courses. It's clear they can't remodel all of them in high fidelity in such a short amount of time.
People simply act naive.
@StardustLemon
Talking about all those concerned XBots I guess.
You only pretend to care because it makes you feel more happy to own your XBox.
The focus in GT games has always been the physics model. From the footage GTS's physics model seems extraordinary. Tbh GT6's tire model was already one of the best on the market even rivalling the best PC sims.
The worst thing is the guy doesn't even have an own opinion. He adapts his opinion by the hour. No balls at all, just a flag in the wind.
Just arrived at chapter 12 and even if the game ended now it would already be a 9 at least.
Clearly yes. And some decades of experience as well.
Why doesn't anyone complain MCDonald's burgers never look like in the adverts?!
It's the other way around. Forza tries to be the GT killer ever since.
