Cleaning does nothing for the jet sounds. The situation varies from console to console. My launch PS4, was somewhat noisy, my 1TB PS4 was very loud and my PS4 Pro is actually very quiet. I've heard the opposite being said about the PS4 Pro, too.
The only true exclusive in Xbox One's sleeve this gen is back combat. I recently bought an Xbox One for very cheap and, while I think it's a good purchase, its clearly lacking in the games department.

I have played most of these, even Play4Free, and I can tell you that Battlefield 1 shouldn't be ranked so high. To me, Hardline and BF1 are equally boring. There's no way BF4 is worse than BF1.

It really depends on the game. There is variety even between Call of Dutys. For example Black Ops 3 has a really aggressive aim assist compared to WW2.
