They do that because they can, and are not lazy..
If me3 is the same, it would be better than a bad port, but a little sad, because if they can make it better for the superior hardware, no reason to adjust it to 360 level.

and with tons of exclusives, most of ps3 fans don't care if some games become multi (except if the version has to be inferior, because of the 360), only some hardcore fans of the game/franchise don't want too see their tresor on other consoles..

it's more difficult to have high score on ps3, because the competition is better, the standards highers.
