Those guys you know are in the minority. The majority of people who wanted GTA V, besides PC only gamers, already own it. GTA V did just fine on PS3, despite PS+.
Knowing Rockstar, you'll be waiting for the next 5 years. They haven't even delivered the features that were promised to be in the game "shortly after launch". Where are the heist? Rockstar keeps saying they're coming, but they're nowhere in sight.

Some of them were terrible, I admit that, but not all of them. Type-O and Crisis Core were amazing.
This is why I tell people F2P sucks. People moan about having to pay for MMOs. Well guess what! This is what happens when a game is F2P.

I agree the bug problems are pretty bad and the developer needs to fix them.
But the other issues such as quest length and content don't make sense. This game will be completely depend on steam workshop, that's what the the developers wanted. They want users to add their own content.
I can't get into BlazBlue, I don't like the controls or mechanics. I personally prefer Persona 4 Arena.
I don't think AAA should stop being serious, sometimes that's what I want. There should be more game that don't take themselves seriously though
They do it to combat things like used game sales, but they make first day purchasers suffer because of it. If you ask me, they should keep the DLC, but give it away for free with every new copy. That way, they can still make money off of used copies (which developers get no money from), and the people who buy new copies don't get screwed over by this day one DLC crap. They also need to get rid o pre order exclusive content, I hate preordering most games.

No, you're right. That's why stores like GameStop market used games so much. GameStop doesn't have to give any of the profits to developers and publishers if a used game is sold.
This is one of the reason for the rampant abuse of DLC, On lines passes, and preorder exclusively.
