You can't take off points from an older game's score because it's visuals don't match today's standards. That makes no sense.
I agree. The first Bayonetta needs a port to the WiiU (especially with Bayonetta 2 being a WiiU exclusive).
I usually don't go for these smaller titles, but this one has me interested. Day one buy for me.
"Do you want Nintendo to just abandon 3D game design? Seems stupid to release a fairly powerful HD console if you're just going to keep designing games with linear levels and 2D-based gameplay. Might as well just stick to handhelds."
What does this have to do with Zelda and when did I suggest I wanted Nintendo to abandon 3D games design?
Fact of the matter is, most of the Zelda games are far from linear.
"I just hope it isn't 2D."
Have you played any of the recent Zelda games?
That is different.
I have no problem with pornsites because they are made for that. Like I said before, if people want to broadcast themselves having sex, they can go crazy. Just go to a place that was made for that.
I disagree entirely. The Playroom is not the place for that! There is a time and place for everything, the Playroom is not the place for X-rated fun time. The use of the Playroom should be limited to what the Playroom was originally intended to be used for.
If people want to broadcast themselves having sex, they can go crazy. Just do it in a place that was actually made for that.
I have a PS4 but I still play my PS3 more. I need JRPGs and the PS4 is lacking in that area.
They could of at least had a mode where the AI posed some sort of threat for those that wanted a challenge.
People keep saying, "Dumb AI makes the games fun", " Dumb AI makes you feel stronger". I'm sorry, but dumb AI does neither of those for me. I want a challenge. I feel strong when I take down an enemy that actually poses a threat, I have fun when the game actually makes me work.
But I get it, they had to appeal to casuals (TitanFa...
It is. Most MMOs where you pay don't have a Pay2Win model either, as most F2P MMOs do.
I'd rather support the developer, avoid walls, and not get killed by some kid because he has more money than me.
Lets be honest. Most of them were going to opt for the pirated version no matter what.
I would love to be at those meetings.
" Gentlemen, ratings are in the crapper. Sorry, but we're going to have to cancel the show. Now get out of here, you're stinking up the place."
2 years later....
"Yeah, turns out people loved it, DVD sales are through the roof! Start cranking out new episodes because you're back on air!"
I personally would have told them to f off.
It's big, but is it detailed? How much can you do it in? Map size doesn't matter when you don't use it well.
Red Dead was a good game but most of it's map was desert. There really wasn't much going on outside of a few select town.
Yes! Cutscenes work well and help tell the story. Think of what MGS 4 or TLOU would have been without cutscenes.
They also help break up the action and give the player a chance to cool down.
Well, they do have Hyrule Warriors, Bayonetta 2, and X coming out too.
That's the point. It needs to work more than "very well". If you want an immersive experience, there can't be errors. The smallest mishap can break immersion.
Think of this - You have a kinect game where you are racing. You're in the zone, you're on fire, you are about to win and cross the finish line - Oh, what's this? Kinect didn't register your latest movements. You jerk to the side and your enemy crosses the finish line before you do. Imm...
The kinect is a good idea, but the technology isn't where it needs to be for it to work. In order for Kinect to be truly immersive, it will need flawless tracking, flawless detection, and no input lag. There can't be a room for error.
As this point, you don't get that with Kinect 2.0. Some games can be frustrating and unresponsive (Fighter Within).
I don't know why you're having those issues. Never crashes on me, and load timesare never really that long.
This video shows that it can't. He says himself that he had to cut a lot of thing out because of certain issues he was running into, even admitting he had to switch to third person just to finish some parts.
