They have it Xperian phones do remote play with DS4 support.
The market is wide open for another handheld but it has to be priced correctly and be supportes correctly, Nintendo does do the handhelds really well but are shit at consoles.
The smart thing for them to do is release remote play official to damned other andriod devices and IOS already is been 3yr damn years, remote play isnt going to make me get a Sony Phone.

The point of a slim is to lower production cost not raise them so anyonw expecting a bigger battery should have known better. I just used the battery from my old Ps3 controllers anyway now I got plenty. The only complaint I have is not enough devs or sony either really are using or paying attention to the touch pad. No Man's Sky was a perfect example if a game that had or could have used the touch pad for menus like a mouse.

With the opitcal out gone and not doing UHD maybe even 200$ imo it should be if the competition has a UHD model at 300$ and this isnt UHD it better be price below the competition
