This is actually good for 3rd party developers as they wont have any Nintendo games to compete with.
Uncharted was the same length and it turned out great.
I really wish that they would get rid of the scoring scale and just review the game and say if its a rental, Buy or avoid.
The fact that some games are getting 10/10 is crazy...a 10/10 means that the game is perfect and has no flaws.
Plus some sites use giving a game a bad score so they can get more hits.

Think about it this way...Nintendo has the number one selling console this gen which is the Wii and was far less superior than the 360 and PS3 - now why on earth would MS or Sony release a console that is 10 times more powerful than the Wii U when Nintendo has proven that its no the power that matters but the games.

The fact that there is a consle war proves that the PS3 and 360 are on par with one another.
They only way to end this console war is if Sony or MS release something diffrent and if one of them is way more powerful.
If the 720 and PS4 are almost the same then we will have another 10 years of PS3 vs 360 to look forward to.
Edit: My hope this that MS HEAVLY integrates PC like features on the 720 and the PS4 uses the cell 2.

Are you one of those people that still belives that the PS3 is made from Unicorn tears, pixie dust, black majic and buitt by optimus prime.
Sony had no option but to put it on hold until the PS4.
The game promised too much for this gen and no way in was it going to run that smooth, look that good and play like a movie with the PS3 specs.
Hopefully its a PS4 launch game done by Naught Dog.

This is what we should expect from Sony and MS next gen console but I going to to be bluny here and ssay that I don not expect much improvement next gen from this gen, the only yhing I see both console adding is more RAM.
Sony will continue to use Blu Rey and they will upgrade the cell,as much as3rd party developers do not want to put work into it Sony will no throw away miilions of dollars on R&D.
MS will use there own disk format, sorta of like Nint...
