I highly doubt it...MS is known for marketing and dont think they will choose a name like Xbox Gold for the next Xbox, just does not have that zing.
I think MS will go free to play online with the 720 and Xbox Gold are the killer features that will make Gold Live members want to continue paying $60 - this is MS answer to PS Plus.

I have a question, I was playing God of War 3 over the weekend which is my first God of War game but do not understand why Kratos is killing some gods which are considered good gods and why he does not care about civilians.

Also I wonder what will happen to Bungie if this game bombs, I dont expect it to do Halo numbers but Activion will not be happy if it does not do those numbers.

Sad that so many people will be out of work next gen but since us hardcore gamers demand games to be more AAAA with much much better graphics and are not willing to spend the money for them then developers have no option but to shut down.

Eddie so how do you know that the 720 wasn't completed from January? that's right you dont, just because MS has not said a word about the 720 that does not mean that MS was not working on it since the launch of the 360.
Yes the 360 was rushed but MS had no other option becuase the origianl XBox sold poorly and Sony PS2 sold more than Sony expected.
MS does not have that problem with the 720 since it has captured a very large fanbase in America and aro...
You know what would be great...if both consoles are equal in power and games.

Edit @ Scumbag Steve - The standard chicken [ laying hen] is about 41/2 pounds so about 120 but it would be far easier to transport them as eggs. Egg-crates stack easier, with poop being less of a concern.
