Why is it that you are a non-gamer if you favor the wii?
I mean, I myself bought the system for the big 3 franchises (Mario, Zelda, and my favorite Metroid). Granted we see those less than other systems might see AAA titles but those are ones definitely worth waiting for. i'd rather play Metroid than anything else for sure!
I don't have any of the casual games such as wii play, fitness, etc.
I do enjoy Bioshock, CoD4, and to a lesser extent Assassin's...
Google trends != Sales...
But why read and learn about things when you can mindlessly complain about them?!
Giving it a title like that to get hits is perfectly legitimate.
It's apparently working too... So many people here get worked up over it, my god. Oh well, I guess it's just that the most angry are always the most vocal.

My wii was getting dusty but with Metroid Prime Trilogy I've been neglecting any other game/system.

That's actually kind of a good point. Although I guess one could argue what LIVE is now is really in part due to the 360. It's definitely a lot better now than last-gen.

No offense but that statement makes no sense. It's like saying:

Obviously something isn't good if what makes it good is omitted...

Now I will definitely admit in terms of games PS3 has some stellar triple AAAs and I'd say they probably win the exclusives war, but if you think the ps3 SERIOUSLY has a better online experience, you are simply twisting words to fit your own bias.

All these people complaining about CoD requiring no skill then complaining they die all the time. First off if you can't see who killed you, that's kind of bad IMO. The enemy saw you and you didn't see him, that's a pretty valid tactic in warfare where he won and you lost. How is there no skill in that?
Also, everyone acts as if the game is a fragfest. What? Does anyone play Search & Destroy, which is far and wide the best scenario in the game IMO as it requires a great ...
Umm, duh?
EA primarily does the publishing (ie marketing and all that). They let their various parties handle development. It's how business works.
I don't know why people are bashing EA for this. It's their role in the market to be one of the top publishing companies for video games.
I think one thing WoW learned from Warhammer was to not be like Warhammer. Warhammer was terrible.
Next we'll find out what Metroid learned from Shadow Complex, rofl.
