yeah gears 3 is great, it's rather amazing, and maybe in a drier year, it would have been nominated. But i mean, skyrim, uncharted, zelda, batman, they all outclass it in my opinion

I've met some girl gamers that are the contrary to everything you've said. And I like them a lot more than you. Anyone who is oblivious to change is too stubborn for my liking. Maybe because you're blinded and only talk to the "hot girl" who mentions mario and not the actual gamer next to her getting overshadowed by the fake gamer girls looks.

I think the only main problem is the price of the memory sticks. I'm keeping my psp for the umd games, but even then i don't think I'll be playing any of my psp games again once the Vita comes out. And how is the launch lineup weak? It's really good.
