In short, yes the NGP is capable of moving or even emulating PS3's games at the given Sub-HD resolution for the NGP.

Lamback I assure you the Ps4 if using Bluray tech, won't be costing more then 400 to manufacture, that was what made the ps3 that expensive and being so damn overlooked by the general consensus at the time.
