they have nothing to worry about.
People are reporting about a frame cap to 30FPS when using Vsync, but Im using vsync and it runs around 30-60FPS ...strange.
PC version is an awful port from console, with literally no optimization. I have a FX 8350 with a GTX 760 and my FPS varies from 60 to 30 so often, it appears really sluggish. This happened with the previous game as well, you would think Beenox would of got the idea of good optimization since then.
yeah I completely agree, i didn't mean it to come across that way.
Did I just watch a trailer for a dark souls?
thats an awesome concept
Becuase its a feature that has been avaible on its competitor consoles since it release via is mobile app.
I would never judge a game on a teaser trailer, that shows no gameplay.
Tbh, i dont think the free running is an issue, because when you get 2 hours in to the game, theres no need to free run, Like never. I dont think I ever use the climbing system, I just use neon.
Now that is tempting. Especially as I work for Tesco I get 10% discount, Think Il hold off a little longer.
Just waiting for my post, happy gaming everyone :)
Is it just me or are Reviewers particlarly harsher this generation so far on PS4 titles, is it because its the booming console they provide hits or something. They seem to be much more nitpicky that lets say X1s releases (such as the far from next gen DR3) Ive been playing Titanfall a bit this week, waiting for this to release, and Im already feeling it to get repetive and lack luster in modes and weapons. What annoys me is that I will dive so many more hours into a game like I:SS but it gets...
Both of those games SP add context to the multiplayer, espeically BF4, it sets the scene for what you'l be fighting for in the multiplayer. In Titanfall theres no real sense of meaning to the multiplayer just "kill" I dont feel Im fighting for anything if that makes sense.
I wouldnt say it shows it was easy to port, Lets face it, if you need to own a Titan Black to run it (which is like double the price of an X1) It doesnt really show much, if they had it running on a mid range graphics card, that would be impressive, but this just seems pointless becuase its running on one of hte worlds fastest graphics cards.
I wouldn't say it was showing "how easy it is to port" cos with recent news coming out sayng the demo was running on a Black Titan(£900) you still need some beast of a machine to run it http://wccftech.com/forza-5... They should of shown Forza running at 1080p 60FPS on a more medium to high range graphics card to actually show DX12 port compatibility. To say a game that isn'...
Thought we knew this? It was just to show how API's are different on PC compared to Console and how DX12 was gunna change that. Although I really don't think Forza was the best example especially saying you need a Black Titan to run it makes the demo pretty pointless.
Well said! completely agree, I have recently started to change my opinion with Reviews, I used to follow them religiously and would decide with them in mind. But ever since I played games like Knack which aren't very critically acclaimed, and lets face it, not hugely next gen, it was still really enjoyable, and had a good length and gameplay was really fun (baring in mind i played it coop) And from then on, I have been taking reviews a lot less seriously and tend to make my own decision. ...
Completely agree with it getting old very quickly, I bought it for £25 on PC and I enjoyed for a bout 2 days, and I haven't played it since, I can see it having a fan base, but its definitely not for everyone. Im just glad I didnt pay £49 for it.
The combat looks outstanding, I love how theyve brought "aiming" to a hack and slash game. It looks really fun to take an enemy down with the spear.
I dont know, they seem to be working very close with Nvidia, with both promo videos and free game giveaway to people who buy a GTX 700 series, you would think it would run well on a graphics card the game comes free with or whats the point.
