The Alan Wake franchise is owned by Remedy, not Microsoft.
The exclusivity deal of the game is contractual.
Naughty Dog is owned by Sony, they are Sony developers. It's 1st party.
Therefor, Uncharted (and every other IP they created by Naughty Dog) is formerly owned by Sony.

i would love to see 3rd party companies trying to make ports of Killzone 2, Uncharted or God of War 3 for the xbox 360 just for you to see how poorly they would perform on your dear "true next gen" 360 console.

the whole PS3 vs 360 multiplatform games debate has been blown out of proportion. the differences are minor/invisible to the eye 95% of the time.
we're in 2010 now, a lot of developers pick the PS3 as the lead platform for their games. Like Platinum Games with Vanquish or EA with MOH and Dead Space 2 shown at E3 on PS3 platforms.
