According to Team Meat, SMB wasn't successful on XBL.
Very nice interface, but the XMB is pretty damned fast/easy to navigate. I wouldn't be shocked if they updated the PS3 to the new UI.

We all know how EA hates money. Offering some $ for use of a sub-license just wouldn't fly. With as many nevers we've seen this gen, I don't believe EA (for the right price) would've blocked it. They didn't test every car in the game. So by not doing that, data hundredths of a second off shouldn't be a problem.

I don't understand all the Pachter hate. He's an analyst. He looks at trends, sales data, price points, market saturation, etc to claim the things he does. So what if the 360 does outsell (as it always has) the PS3 in NA? That's right! Nothing happens. I keep playing Dead Island, R3, God of War Origins, Ico/SotC, Uncharted 3, etc (when some of them are released) on my PS3.

Reviewers are simply biased, they're only human. Keep in mind, we live in a world where Splinter Cell Conviction (easy button and all) got 10/10's and Crackdown 2 got 9/9's.
