as far as ps+ applies to ps4 and xbox live to xboxone. ps+ wins only for free games. thats it you could make the paywall argument but that argument is now invalid that you have to pay to play online. xboxlive does go down but its rare and its back up in less thant a few hours. while psn goes more often then live it doesn't affect all costumers but the ones that do cant really get on for that day.
