It seems Sony is also going to have a very juicy E3, I for one thought with all the great games announced the show would be centered around them. With Heavy Rain also being shown during next weeks GTTV it seems Sony are getting most of the announced stuff out the way for the new materials.
No one is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to click onto the story, don't like it? Don't click :O
I see no reason why this would not be true, Sony are the kings when it comes to downsizing their consoles. My guess is that by the end of the year this baby will be on the shelves.
30% increase in PS3 sales is what Sony expect so something is going to happen.
It must be noted that Sony are replying to this, it means they are indeed hiding something.
Hey I just posted what I saw, could be bull but then again could be legit. No knowing but does sound a little freaky deaky.
It is under rumour for a reason but damn if true I will laugh my behind off if a year old port is the big news.
More excited about the "big announcement" at E3, colour be shocked if it is not Perfect Dark .2.
The milking of these kinds of games in such a short period makes me think that Activision and EA do not see the success of the games lasting much longer. For example most such as myself whom have purchased the plastic equipment as well do not need to get that again, just the disc from now on.
It has to be noted that Shacknews posted this article, I only see them post these "rumours" when they know it is happening and have confirmation.
Duke Nukem Forever it seems will remain a myth passed down from generation to generation forever. :(
OK Sony own the IP but one has to remember that the Playstation brand is completely different from Sony Computer Entertainment. In this case Sony want to make as much money as possible from that game, not make it exclusive and lost huge amounts of money.
This is not even up to the gaming sactor of Sony, the ones in charge of the Ghostbusters IP made the decision a long time ago about the game going on all systems.
The game was not made by a first party nor do Sony own the IP (not sure about that one), publishing the game simply means they will make money for every copy sold. It's just an easy way for them to make money and lot's of it.
If it was a first/second party game then indeed it would never go on anything but a Sony platform however Ghostbusters is not going to exactly move systems now.
Yep this is a very old article, if you have a look at the people whom approved of this most are from Hiphopgamershow. Pretty shameless way to advertise your own site, I would not mind were it not for most of the information from that site being wrong most of the time. :(
SE actually are struggling financially and there is nothing that can be done about that for them sadly. RPG's take a very long time to make and SE are making 2 FF games of huge budget's, the size of each game makes other WRPG and releases RPG's look tiny.
When people hear "FFXIII" everyone expects an AAA game which sets the standard, most people do agree that the game is going to be fantastic. Making such a game has taken longer then SE would have liked, budget must hav...
Plain and simple, the top teams at SE have yet to release a game. I am talking about the FFXIII team, KH team whom are making Versus and also DQ IX which is a combination of companies.
SE have taken a long time to make these games, that has been the problem. KH 2, the FF games since SE formed and DQ have been fantastic. The problem is that the lesser teams have released games which are no where near the quality we expect.
All I can say is wait a few more days and wat...
The Japan PSN is awesome right now, FF7 has taken over!
The international version has engish text, at least that is what I assume with it being the international version. Either way i'm downloading now, good to know Japanese. :P
This is coming a week before FF7 Advent Children's release but ah well better late then never!
And in other news, the sun will rise tomorrow :O
I added the scan as well, why would it still be a lie?
Sadly people are under the impression that the game has been in development for 5 years meaning the game started production before Sony even handed out PS3 development kits.
Also it did crack the top ten, it actually made #2 which is anything but a sign of struggling.
I doubt that is the final model, surely the console is still in prototype stage. The shape will change and it will look pretty but it looks like a slim is on the way.
