what is this?
Well, thats dissapointing to hear, I dont want to be relegated to side missions grinds after 10 hours. Wheres the MMO aspect? Even the most carebear MMO's on the market dont have you reaching end game in 10 hours.
Gee, what a surprise, media and government trying to exert more control. I guess we only have free speech so long as our speech is in agreement with those in power.
@jrshankill
Japanese car market is closed to foreign imports? Thats not even a remotely accurate statement.
Have you been to Japan? I can actually say that I have and, I can tell you, I saw plenty of BMW's, Mercedes, Porsches, and a even few Cadillacs running around Tokyo.
Many people say that the matchmaking issue has been fixed, but I'm still experiencing it.
It often takes so long for the game to find a match, it just drops me back to the factions menu.
It's frustrating to the say the least.
I was commenting more on the title of the article, not so much what people are posting here.
What changed between Alpha and Beta that made you change your tune about the game?
Oh hey look its planetside 2, yea that game thats been out since 2012 on PC and was supposed to be out at launch on PS4.
Destiny and Forza will be good. I'm still on the fence about Shadow of Mordor
If the game isn't your thing thats cool but, judging by your description, it honestely doesnt sound like you've even played it.
Because you have mediocre taste /s
Is it hard to believe that a dev is excited to work on a sequel before seeing how the first one is recieved?
No, its not hard to believe, it just seems premature. Do you think the developers of "Ride to Hell: Retribution" should have harbored the same excitement for creating a sequel before the release of their initial offering?
I thought it was decided that if a submission was satire it would be labeled as such in the title so as to not rile up n4g members.
How about releasing the first one and seeing how it fares before deciding how amazing making a sequel would be
I agree 100%. I'd go as far to say that I'd prefer that games didnt use hollywood actors whatsoever
I agree with you 100%. I really enjoyed the game itself, I think the design, atmopshere, mechanics, etc are down right awesome.
On the other hand, allowing players to entirely avoid social aspects of the game seriously detracted from the experience for me. You're absolutely correct; no one talked and no one grouped. Why bother with the whole mmo aspect if everyone can elect out of it? If I didnt see characters repeatedly jumping up and down across the maps or falling off ...
I love PC gaming for several reasons. I enjoy building my own gaming rigs and upgrading the components, the power that gaming rigs can have, and I also love the diversity of games that PC offers. There is practically always something new popping up on steam to dive into.
On the other hand, My PS4 and XB1 have a monopoly on my gaming time. It's not the games or the experience on consoles, but the comfort and convenvience. Other than client meetings, I'm in my office si...
This downfall of pc gaming has been speculated for years. Its also been proven wrong time and time again as pc gaming has actually continued to grow rather than contract.
@poppinslops you forgot your fedora
Im sort of surprised at the negativity about this game. I understand its not for everyone but to cancel a pre-order or talk down the game because of late reviews? Thats a little ridiculous. Personally, I really enjoyed the beta and will be picking up the game day one
Ouch
