How about Sunset Overdrive, Forza Horizon, and and Quantum Break? Those games don’t exist? Granted, two of those games are not from MS’ studio, but their new studios still have the template to make great games as well.
This new Fable will most likely be rebooted as it is being done by a different studio and not Lionhead.

Forgive me if I’m wrong, but I think with just a few minor changes to the building, FH4’s can totally be reworked into an RPG or heck a GTA style game. A Baseball game is not open world. Your example make no sense.

Not really. Taletales games and their episodic nature would be a great fit for the Gamepass service.
