The game look great, I don’t know what you are talking about. The game is supposed to look like anime, its not supposed to look realistic like games like RDR2.
ToV is the best game in the franchise. You’re in for a treat.
But the 3DS is still there and Nintendo is still supporting it. So...
Also, like Nebaku said, mobile might be a secondary device for Nintendo after the 3ds.
