You are right. I’d rather have those companies own everything rather than the chinese company or companies that know nothing about games.
Minecraft is already successful (much more successful than Destiny) even before MS acquired it.

You just see what you want to see huh? Elder Scroll Online, Elder Scroll franchise, Fallout franchise, and a couple other franchises say hello.
IMO Bungie is more of MS’s thing. Sony should have instead acquired devs like IO Interactive or Platinum who could make great single player game. But they say they aren’t done yet so we’ll see.

To give you an example, CDPR isn’t a TRILLION dollars company, but why can they give free next gen upgrade for not one, but TWO games in Cyberpunk and Witchers 3?
I’m not saying we should always get things for free, but when other companies give gamers free upgrades, that is the issue. And do you complain when you get free upgrade? Do you ask the company who give you free upgrade that whether or not their employees get paid?
If they raise the price, the headline would implies that.
Man I’ve been waiting for Protoype since the last one. Protoype could seriously be MS’ answer to Infamous (freaking loved that game as well, hope Sony make a new one soon).

I do agree. I believe they would make a better game if they only only focus on a few superheroes instead of trying to be the jack of all trades.
There had been a lot lately. If you strictly talking about first party games, they recently have Flight Simulator (console), Psychonaunts 2, Age of Empire IV, Forza Horizon 5, and Halo Infinite Multiplayer, with Campaign coming next month.
So what more game do you want to talk about?
Have you seen Battlefield 2042 which also took a year delay like Halo Infinite?

When people buy Halo, they want to play a Halo game. They don’t buy Halo and expect to go in and play a CoD of BF game. And when it comes to BF2042, the dev made it lose its identity. You wonder why BF2042 got tons of low reviews score? And why Halo Infinite multiplayer got ton of praise?

You do realize alot of people on this site use to say they prefer SP game over MP right? If not, try looking at older articles. They all are there.
