You can't consider yourself a gamer if you don't have a Playstation. They have the best exclusives and first party studios in the industry.
Horizon Zero Dawn took everyone by surprise and turned out to be a huge hit. I hope Days Gone to do the same.
Good luck to Microsoft. They need to fight Nintendo really hard if they want to keep second place. PlayStation 4 is going to keep at the top for the whole generation. Competition is good.
If you are an Xbox fan then go for it. I wonder what all those people who previously said "power doesn't matter, we play games, not resolution" will do.

Not needed right now. Too many good games are in development. Sony is dominating the market right now. Making a new console so soon is not healthy. New Xbox one x will initially sale but is not going to be a thread to Playstation.
Sony is open to cross play. They have been doing it way before Microsoft. I am glad they now refuse to do it with Microsoft as they can't be trusted at all.
Plus, when Sony asked Microsoft last Gen, Microsoft said no so now suck it.
U4 was amazing. Some people make this kind d of articles just to generate clicks and look for income. It is sad that the gaming industry is filled with this negativity just for the sake of those trying to grab cash on it.
The PS4 is too far away to reach and catch up with it. Even if the competition has success in their new iterations it will not affect the PS4 at all.
Its third party support is mostly composed of old games. I think Nintendo is doing good compared to themselves and their previous efforts but not compared to the competition.

Nope. The same way Playstation fans will not buy an Xbox one x. The Xbox x could be a good option within the Xbox community but it will not change the market nor take over dominant console PS4.

All the high caliber exclusive games Sony has is unbelievable. No other console maker invest so heavily on their first party studios. Playstation is king of consoles.
