I don't even understand why quick-scoping is still so popular after all these years. It's not even effective. You die way more often than you get kills.
The PS4 will definitely beat the XB1 in the early game. Of this, I'm very confident.
The XB1 may catch up later, but it's less likely than more.
Yeah, I can see them going away what with their performance in recent years.
For example: Resident Evil, what the **** happened to it?
This.
My dad bought this game. I watched him play it.
That's about as close as I can stand to associate myself with this game.
I...actually don't care. If the game is good enough, then it doesn't really matter to me as to whether or not the characters are given voices.
Ah, PS4, my favorite ninja console :)
Dude, GTA5 released on only two consoles and made about $800,000,000 on the first day (or was it week?).
But I don't know, man. If any other franchise could top that it probably would be Call of Duty...
Thanks for the link, man :) I'm probably going to go with a similar set-up.
I'm going to upgrade the HDD sooner or later, but I'm conflicted. On one hand, 5400rpm is slower than 7200rpm, but will produce less heat, resulting in the 5400rpm HDD having a lower chance of failing.
There's also SSDs to consider. They're more expensive, but faster, quieter, and have a much lower chance of failure.
I'll probably go with a 1TB+ HDD at 5400rpm or go for a 500GB SSD.
This.
On top of it all, you get these 'stealth' games where not only do they give you the option to totally ignore all stealth, but they also basically make you Neo and, despite being outnumbered, you can take down all your enemies with ease.
Thief 4 will have a combat system for those unfortunate times in which you'll make a mistake and be found, but at least they made the combat system somewhat poor so that going full agro won't be a viable ...
*they took out the XP mechanic and listened...
Sorry. My original comment had some errors and it was too late to Edit.
I sounds like the issue was with the game, not the system itself...
I am SO getting pre-ordering the Collector's Edition! F*** YEAH!
What are the PS4's default HDD specs? I know that it is a 500GB HDD, but what is its rpm?
I want to know, so that I can try and get an all-around better replacement.
Also, does anyone know if the PS4 is compatible with a SSD? I believe it is, but I'm not sure.
If you're going to bother trying to make a stealth game, then make a stealth game. Don't do some half-baked, 'you can go totally agro if you want to' nonsense. We already have enough of those.
At least, they took out and listed to the feedback. Just please Thief, please stay true to your roots.
What's so innovative about vibration?
I mean, I can understand the touchpad, but vibration functionality? Really?
Yeah, I'm starting to get that vibe.
Everything about the PS4 just looks so well-planned in comparison.
I don't really care what the UI looks like as long as it's effective as doing what it was designed to do. After all, how often and long are we really going to be looking at the UI when using the PS4?
Silly, uninformed, pirating noobs lol XD
Let this be a lesson to them.
