LOL My thoughts exactly XD
But...but...if it didn't matter, then how would the standup men and women of N4G ever engage in bloody warfare?
Well in all fairness, the quote from the article was originally from the CoD: Ghost 720p thread on NeoGaf, people saw it and made a 'Titanfall 720p' thread.
From what people are saying, CBOAT seems to be a fairly reliable source. As to why he writes like this, he apparently does it to avoid being tracked down.
Who knows, it may very well be false, but this is NeoGaf we're talking about here, so I wouldn't completely discount it.
Behold the infinite power of the cloud...
Well it's made by the same guys who made CoD4 and MW2, so I'm willing to bet money that the game will run at 60fps since 60fps was one of CoD4's (and the CoD series in general's) greatest strengths.
Also, I believe Respawn came out at some point and confirmed 60fps.
I'm not trying to be a **** or anything. I'm just saying.
1) WW2
WW2 would be a very interesting era to explore what with tanks, planes, chemical warfare, Nazis, Normandy, the Holocaust, the Pacific theatre, trenches, etc. The atmosphere would great. Also, Hitler. Who doesn't want to ram a hidden blade into Hitler's throat?
2) Feudal Japan
Ninjas and samurais, bro. Not just that, but Feudal Japan would also just be a really cool era to run around in. I mean, come on. It's Japan.
3) Victor...
I can't see into the future, so who knows, maybe I'll someday put the controller down. However, I truly do hope that never happens. I love gaming.
Despite AC3 being a little disappointing (not bad, just disappointing), I'll get this game.
What can I say? I'm digging the pirate theme :)
The story is composed of missions, but there is definitely a narrative. The character will grow and meet other people.
Yeah, a touch screen just wouldn't have worked as well as a touch pad. Let me break it down:
1) In order to make the visual aspect of a touch screen worthwhile, they would have to do something with it that would require players to actually look down at the touch screen.
2) Looking at the touch screen would require players to not look at the main screen, their TV.
3) The touch screen would have to be significantly bigger in order to replace the TV, thus mak...
Don't get me wrong, Titanfall looks hella fun, but it looks a lot like CoD. The PS4 will have CoD.
Yes. I know that it has elements that CoD doesn't, like wall-running and mechs, but that's really all that's different. I'm sure that it will feel slightly different, but come on, it's made by the same guys who are most well-known for having made CoD4 and MW2. It's CoD with mechs and wall-running.
If it comes to PS4 6-12 months from n...
I just don't see why Nvidia had to bring up and shit on next-gen consoles at their presentation. Was there any real need to go down that road?
"GSYNC is revolutionary and will take care of both stuttering and tearing. Let's see, what else? Uh...oh, yeah, PC > next-gen consoles."
Yeah. I was thinking the same thing.
Memory cards. Oh, all the shenanigans associated with them :)
The best memory I have is of the sound and logo of the PS1 when you started a game up.
Indeed. Maybe I'll start putting aside some extra cash toward building my own rig.
If nothing else, the knowledge that I'll gain in the process of building and maintaining my own computer would be quite useful.
Yeah, I guess he's just there as a sort of celebrity-endorsement type thing.
But, yeah, man. This really is some cool tech.
I gotta say, I'm a console guy, but I often find myself tempted to go PC due to the superior tech. However, It would also mean missing out on certain exclusives and I do love my inFAMOUS...
Kind of annoyed that the article has to bring into the conservation and sh*t on next-gen consoles for no real reason, but whatever...
This really is a pretty amazing breakthrough. There's finally a solution to the 'tearing or stuttering' dilemma.
ALL THE GREEN!
I'm glad they kept the symmetrical design. I'm used to it.
Battlefield 4 for me. The scale, destructibility, graphics, and superior avenues of play take it in my opinion.
