Last time I checked, we usually buy gaming consoles to, you know, play games. I just do not see why everyone is making such a fuss over FB on consoles........
This is not a bad update at all really. The people who really like Facebook now have a great way to combine it with their PS3 gaming, finally some life is put into the friends list and I actually really like the new photo layout.
I just have one question though, where are the new avatars???
But I will say this, I actually do think that it is good that they did this, helps to keep the image of the console from going sideways. I just do not get why they waited until now. Its probably nothing, it just confuses me. It seems the mods didn't get my original post at all.........
I remember reading an article at the beginning of LAST YEAR about all of this. Why didn't they take action then? While not every single one of these people will buy another 360, MS is just 're'-making potential customers. There are people that are dedicated enough to buy another console, even if they are pirates. I just find it funny that MS is using a Ninja marketing strategy and thinks that nobody notices that they did this now that the 360 is in third place.
Its great to see games that go beyond the playing field to provide a unique and challenging experience. Its also great to see those games get the sales that they deserve.
It seems that they have done the transition to handhelds quite nicely. It will be great to have LBP on a portable system!
Incredibly, I have yet to actually play a GOW game. Looks like the perfect time to do so.

This actually surprised me, but I just cannot see this making things different for the 360 in Japan.
They have all the rights to do this. I mean, IW basically took out almost everything that makes a great PC game. If I was a PC gamer, I wouldn't be too happy either.

Also, I am not dissing the GO here. I just find it funny because the company basically said that this system would unhackable.
With all of the great PS3 games that have been released this year, I wouldn't expect great sales either.
The world would be consumed by casual games and dated technology.
In other words, the word 'Gaming' will lose all meaning.

Well, I have seen plenty of PS3 people say that they distrust VGchartz like I do so......I do not care what system they are representing, I am just not fond of them, period.
Not a very impressive list really......
At least we know that MS didn't do ANYTHING to disappoint.
