I went into Gamestop yesterday and they have a big thing saying "PRE-ORDER MW3 TODAY!!" I told them that I wanted to place a pre-order on Modern Warfare 4. They told me that I couldn't. Strange, because I know that its coming. Oh well.
Thats the problem. Microsoft will gain nothing. POSSIBLY some idiots who decided to sell their PS3s, but thats about it. Considering your avatar and username though, you seem like someone that would go against Sony at any possible chance anyway.
Why do these games get hyped beyond belief? Its nearly the same thing every year and yet people its the greatest thing ever everytime. Okay, lets say that it is fun. I will admit that, it can rather addicting, but how does that match up to the insane amount of hype that it gets? It doesn't. Gamestop is already going crazy about pre-ordering. Why? Sure, the games might be fun but they do not deserve anywhere near this much attention.
