i think the portable market proved it's big enough to handle anything. with careful planning and the right hardware. even apple might make a profit in the gaming industry.
well i defended Microsoft in the last live is broken post... but this is getting ridiculous. well it's times like these that I'm glad i have both systems. cause i enjoyed a three hour warhawk game and i got close to 700 points.
as for Microsoft.....please fix the $hit that we are paying you to use.
perhaps if we start complaining more Microsoft would fix it faster...it worked for the uncharted demo didn't it.

if you add all the time the 360 servers have had problems it would make what....... 8 hours in two years. please people, be patient and go play bio shock or mass effect while the network is offline. or better yet get some real friends, sit them next to you and play an old fashion multilayer game.

ok....i'm officially impressed. I'm convinced now that the pictures don't do the game's justice. the gameplay looks as fast and as responsive as the 2d street fighters of old. the art is kind of lame though.
you have to hand it to capcom. they are the only Japanese company who up until now who made a good transition from the last gen of hardware to this on.
this is exactly the problem. nothing has been released cause japanese companies really don't know wether to support the system or not. now the games you mentioned are big frnachises that were being developed even before the sysem was released. example can you name 5 decent RPG games coming in the next year, i can't. it's really expinsive developing for the ps3 and developers need to sell a minimum number of xx unites to break even.

I'm happy ps3 sales have increased but remember these are December sales.the ps2 in it's second holiday used to sell 200,000 a week. comparing that to what the ps3 is selling now....well it's disastrous.
low ps3 sales are even affecting Japanese 3rd parties as the ps family was their first source of income in japan. and as you can see most 3rd party game released on the wii have tanked in sales. most games selling on the wii are Nintendo games.

i never was a big fan of motion sensor technology. i always turn it of on my ps3 controloer. not that there is anything wrong with it but cause i don't like it.
zelda on N64 was and still is the greates expereince i've had in a video game. zelda on the wii however was a boring motion contolrs test with even more boring fishing segments. in fact motion controls is my biggest reason for disliking the wii system.

I'm not sure about this but i think rear projection panels have a much faster response rate that LCD or PLASMA. so you'd never see ghosting effects in movies, even the fast action packed ones.
again I'm not sure since i never had one, i just remember reading it somewhere.
edit: also if i remember correctly rear projection panels have a shorter life span than LCD as you have to change the light bulb cause it gets dimmer the more you use it. i remember cause i did ...
nothing important, it's a really overrated feature. so i can watch the movie in one frame and watch the producer comment on it in the other!!! oohhh fowe
doesn't matter what i'm controlling it with. if I'm getting a steering wheel for GTp i won't mind getting a controller to play halo wars. i just hope it has the same pick and play feel that i like about halo as i find most rts games to be complicated.
