A wallet.
And loot boxes. Plenty and plenty of loot boxes.
James Mieleke? Anyways the game has definitely redeemed itself. It was clearly an unfinished product before the latest update with an incomplete story line. With the latest 1.32 patch it's definitely a more comprehensible experience with incredible graphics and deeper game play. Of course there's still room for improvement (more diversity, more planets, different AI on creatures/animals, etc) but if you wanna burn a few months of your life over an incredible piece of technology, give ...
Some of these comments and the opinion piece title are misleading. The gameplay has improved dramatically through the expansion of backstory, missions, portals, etc. It's a game that you can't win in a few hours, over night, or at all to be honest. It's a game that keeps you guessing as you unfold more story by playing out the missions and learning new words, races, etc. The previous update didn't expand on this much at all besides adding vehicles. I'm happy where NMS is g...
Nice effects with the blurring when pulling too many G's and the condensation on the glass after pulling from the clouds. VR and a game like Ace Combat are a match made in heaven.
The game is so MASSIVE in scope that it's constantly evolving and becoming a better product. If you're not happy with the present results move on to your limited game span entertainment.
I purchased the Pro last week and one of the first games I played was Rush of Blood. The difference was clearly night-and-day. There's an increased resolution that draws you more into the game. It seemed to be a bit more stable with the frame rate too but maybe that's my imagination. Otherwise a very noticeable difference.
Well said Lipton. Agreed.
It's a bs hack. Sean responded on twitter (after a +2 month hiatus) stating it was a hack:
https://twitter.com/NoMansS...
EDIT: Down-voted for keeping it real. Makes sense.
Despite the hordes of people thinking Sean's the antichrist, the truth couldn't be any further. He's a humble person who got caught up in the scope of the technology without having the time needed to craft an engaging story. He was quoted in a few interviews stating "I want to work on this game for a few more years before releasing it to the public, but eventually I'll have to let go". And that's exactly what happened. If it was Sean's choice he would've...
This is being reported by the same site that gave NMS a 9.0/10.0. Granted there were some truth stretching and the game wasn't what everyone wanted, but it doesn't make it a bad game. I've been playing it since release and although it can be redundant it's still a work in progress. The more that people whine about it the more of a chance HG will cease support. Shut your entitled mouths and enjoy the game for what it is - an exploration chill fest game that's still being fl...
2/10? Really? I've never seen a more misunderstood game in my history of gaming. This is not the type of game you'll "win" overnight or over the course of a few days for that matter. I'm guessing Sony and/or Hello Games never gave the critics the proper review material in order to win the game quickly.
The negativity is based on a game that doesn't have a day one patch applied to it. This will most likely alleviate any issues (specifically game play difficultly and leveling up your multi-tool) described from the leaks. More pertinent issues like crashing, binded sea creatures and flying through freighter ships (???).....only tme will tell. Remember this practically infinite sized game was developed and collaborated by a 12 person team.
This is in-line with the rumors from a few weeks back. It looks official enough so I'm guessing we'll have a slightly amped PS4 on the block around late September. Like many I was hoping for a Scorpio rival but perhaps Sony we'll release a PS5 then.
I like how the water is going directly through her dress and body. Extra orifices?
Nintendo needs all the help they can get. Having an inferior powered system compared to Xbox One S or a PS4 Neo just reflects poorly on the big N's longevity in the market. Unless they have some sorta gimmick to differentiate themselves from the pack, the NX may crash-and-burn their corporation.
Come on Nintendo, WAKE UP!!! You can only ride the coat tails of Mario/Zelda and your handheld gaming for so long....
A steering controller isn't necessary. It plays fine with the PS4 controller.
That being said, it's tough but not overly difficult. If you're a racing/rally fan of Codemaster's games you'll have no problem fitting right in. Also playing this with a steady 60fps makes it a lot easier to control and make last second decisions.
My guess is that Guerrilla is planning to UPSCALE their native 1080P Killzone to 4K. That's rendering 1920x1080 textures conformed to work within a 2160P space. If that's the case it's doable with a HDMI 2.0 cable and honestly won't look much different (or better) on a 4K television.
Whoever is complaining about graphics can GTFO. It looks fine and given the scope of the game it looks excellent. If graphics matter so much to you go play some lame ass game like The Order. Stop bitching and get over it.
Articles like this can lick my taint. Seriously the graphics looked fine, definitely better than past iterations of Fallout. Then again it was much older hardware! Graphics aren't everything and stating that we'll never see another "honest" trailer is bullshit. People want honesty not numbed down graphics years later.
Bigpappy STFU. Net neutrality has nothing to do with immigrants or politics. It has to do with greedy ISPs like Verizon and Comcast trying to regulate what the public has access to on the internet.
