It's too bad we have OG titles like Deathrow and others that haven't been made compatible yet. MS has made a great effort bringing over the majority of their library but 1st gen XBOX titles have fallen through the cracks.

Meanwhile we all know that Sony will come out with a PS5 Pro model in a few years which makes buying the base model an under powered system in 2+ years. I wouldn't criticize Microsoft until we know if it can deliver on it's promise or not.

This is sounding no different than the Retro Engine Sigma which was a complete letdown and false advertising. They never even sent the right the power cord so I could never power it up. I emailed them for a replacement cord after sending pictures and they send me a euro adapter without the cord. Won't get burned again.

You can always play an emulated Ecco: Defender of the Future on Flycast, or if you have a real Dreamcast play it there.
