not automatically, if the game is not optimised for ps3...but for best exclusives, being multiplatforms means obviously inferior quality (no cell, no bluray).
R3 is a great game, not sure some beautifull parts can be made on other system (for pc, yes, off course)

They are not really serious when they are comparing differents games, on different systems (with different quality standards), nba Jam psn/xbl has ton of 9 to ten, but nobody can compare this with big productions reviews (like R3, GT5, etc), just other standards, and scores..

and ps3 exclusives (10X more than competition) are selling a lot, not always day one, or first months (only us teenagers are running to buy their 2,3 favorites games, and nothing else), but who cares, they are selling millions ! (and like the sony's console selling more worlwide, don't forget that multi are also selling better on ps3, recents charts proove that again)...
Why ? this great game can't be better because of that.
Marketing and/or sales are not really important for gamers, unlike xboys try to explain each time a great sony's exclusives don't sell tons the first day.

ps3/Xbox = same amount of memory, but ps3 faster memory (rambus)
Ps3 = way better cpu
xbox = gpu has a little advantage (but when cell help ps3 gpu, no competition)
